Areca triandra

A lovely clumping species with green bamboo like stems/trunks, this species looks fantastic near water features or swimming pools, it can be grown in full sun or shade and grows well in the subtropics.The photo above is of one growing in full sun that has never been watered makes a fantastic landscaping species only growing to around 5 or 6m tall.
