Siphokentia beguinii var Obi Island entire leaf form, From Indonesia this form has near entire leaves and is Very attractive and makes a great landscaping species, grows to around 6 or 7m plus, this species grows very well in the subtropics and will grow in the full sun or shade, once the the palm gets larger the leaves will divide once normally once they receive direct sunlight.

This species needs little attention once established and seems to be quite drought tolerant as we have a few in the garden that have never been watered, it likes a well-mulched garden bed and should be planted in a prominent area to appreciate the true beauty of this palm.
